Hello everyone and welcome to my blog!

My name is Christine (nicknamed Titine) and I have always been passionate about cooking. It's so good when you prepare yourself that it's hard not to continue.

For me, cooking is like a painting. It is a marriage of flavors and colors. We mix the ingredients as we mix the colors, until you get something good and unique. The creative and taste possibilities are endless.

This blog allows me to share my recipes, my ideas, my tips and my creations. I keep learning every day. Luckily, I can count on my two daughters to help me.

I hope to help as many people as possible and thus make cooking accessible to everyone, even the most complicated recipes. As an autodidact, I know that some dishes or pastries are not easy but I remain convinced that they can be made by the greatest number. All it takes is a good recipe and the right ingredients. The first few times won't be perfect, but it will be good. Technique and precision will come with experience.
